Local Bakery with traditional bread. Every morning you can join local woman baking bread in the nearby village community oven. The bread we have is different from other places in South Morocco and makes a perfect delicacy just with natural olive oil or accompanying a traditions tajine or couscous in our restaurant.
Our “Galete aghroum” is a bit more flat that other bread in Morocco and its oven process is somehow a bit similar like Indian Nan. Its crunchy consistence is indeed something to experience and make part of.
